As a Filling Project Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and implementing investment projects within aseptic filling lines. You will ensure safe, high-quality, and timely execution of projects that contribute to the continuity and optimization of production.
Main Responsibilities
Project management:
Drawing up project plans, budgets and timelines.
Coordinating multidisciplinary teams (production, quality, maintenance).
Technical implementation:
Selection and installation of new equipment and systems.
Validation of installations and preparation of technical documentation.
Compliance & Quality:
Ensure compliance with GMP, safety and quality standards.
Change control management and risk assessments.
Stakeholdermanagement:
Reporting progress to management and project teams.
Close cooperation with internal and external partners.

What we are looking for in you
Course:
Master in (bio)engineering, electromechanics or equivalent.
Experience:
Experience with aseptic processes and pharmaceutical production is a plus.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Prince2) is an asset.
Competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communicative, team-oriented and results-driven.
Fluent in Dutch and English.

The Pfizer site in Puurs is one of Pfizer's largest production and packaging sites worldwide, specializing in aseptic production and packaging. More than 400 million doses of injectable vaccines and medicines are produced annually in Puurs. These are packaged on-site in ampoules, vials, plastic bottles, syringes, and pen cartridges.
The medicines produced in Puurs are intended for patients in more than 170 countries worldwide. 30% of Puurs' production is destined for developing countries, in collaboration with UNICEF, WHO, GAVI, and NGOs.
By using two wind turbines, solar panels and a combined heat and power plant, we focus on renewable energy.
