for the Integrated Process Team (IPT) Specialties in Haarlem. Welcome to our team! From Haarlem, we distribute 2,500 different packages of medicines and vaccines to more than 140 countries. Haarlem is known as the leading flexible packaging location in Europe. Our production department consists of several Integrated Process Teams (IPTs) and Centers of Excellence. IPT Specialties is responsible for packaging tablets and filled bottles in various final packaging, which is done on automated packaging lines. The IPT Specialties technical team consists of several Technicians, an Automation Engineer, and a Reliability Engineer who ensure that the department's 12 packaging lines continue to operate in accordance with the associated quality and safety requirements. About the position: As a Reliability Engineer, you are responsible for the reliability of all installations and equipment managed by IPT Specialties. You will work on structurally solving problems and improving technical performance. You will write business cases for improvement projects, prepare deliverables, and oversee the development and implementation of proposed improvements on the shop floor. You will also be responsible for initiating continuous improvements to the maintenance plan. Your duties and responsibilities include:
