Our Supply Chain team is on an exciting journey, and we're looking for an Assistant Project Engineering Manager to lead our transformation project. You'll be at the heart of managing timelines, budgets, documentation, and stakeholders to ensure our project lands On Time, In Full (OTIF) as per the Business Case.

Main Responsibilities
Support the Home Care Project Manager: Assist in daily operations and oversee the entire transformation network.
Innovate and Collaborate: Participate in innovation project meetings and assist the Engineering Manager for Homecare.
Monitor and Manage: Keep an eye on all project networks, identifying and addressing any potential disruptions.
Vendor Coordination: Work with external agencies and vendors to support transformation activities.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong communication and collaboration with all stakeholders to ensure project success.
Decision Making: Make critical decisions to ensure smooth operations.
Emergency Response: Act swiftly and effectively in emergencies.
Vendor Management: Handle vendor relationships with expertise.
Progress Reporting: Regularly update the Engineering Manager on progress and critical issues.
Proactive Improvement: Seek out initiatives that drive improvements in the Home Care business.
Documentation Excellence: Create thorough documentation for new machine installations, including SOPs and issue logbooks.
SHE Program Participation: Actively engage in Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) programs and campaigns.
Technical Oversight: Manage in-house Home Care technical scope and maintain SHE discipline with consultants and contractors.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to various Home Care improvement projects.
Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, having General knowledge of Engineering, Planning, and Cost Management
Excellent command of English language (oral and written).
Strong knowledge of Project Management
Able to train, coach and develop team members.
Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
Skill
Proficient in Windows, PMS and MS Office applications especially Power BI & Microsoft Project

This position is a contract base (PKWT) for 1 year with working location in Cikarang.
Please be aware if you are applying for this role, we require you to have working rights in the country where the role will based in.
