Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch is currently seeking a highly experienced Area Construction Planner to join our Project Delivery Group (PDG) in Australia. The Area Construction Planner will manage and oversee the onsite Planning & Scheduling function on a large multidiscipline EPCM project and be a core member of the site team playing a pivotal role in key decision making and leadership.

As one of the largest Lithium Hydroxide sites in the southern hemisphere, the Kemerton Expansion Project is supporting the transition from fossil fuels to clean energy. About the Role
Reporting to the Lead Planner & Area Manager, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of the Planning & Scheduling function for a major / critical plant area including execution planning, schedule maintenance, change management, progress measurement and evaluation, trending and forecasting, and reporting. Additional accountabilities include performing schedule control by determining critical path analysis, planned value, earned value, schedule variance, schedule performance indices and schedule risk analysis; recommending corrective actions when required and updating project schedules to reflect progress against project plan and preparing management reports. This role works closely with other project functional groups (including engineering, procurement, and construction teams) to monitor progress, identify trends and risks, and evaluate performance, to support project decisions.
This role is Drive In, Drive Out on a 5 days on 2 days off or 2/1 Roster
