About the Role
We have a requirement for a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our client on a permanent basis. Join this innovative Engineering Consultancy and play a crucial part in the delivery of high-profile infrastructure and transportation projects.
You will be working closely with a team of experienced professionals and will be responsible for planning, coordinating and managing site investigations, as well as producing quality reports. You will be assisting with the design foundations, earthworks and other geo-structures. This is a technical role that will require attention to detail. The experience and knowledge you bring will be well regarded and you will play a crucial role in the delivery of a variety of high-profile infrastructure projects.
Key Criteria
Ideally, you will have a minimum for 6+ years' experience and have strong local knowledge in infrastructure / transportation. You will undertake geotechnical analyses, design and reporting for various geotechnical projects in accordance with relevant Authority Standards/Australian Standards, as well as project delivery.
You will possess the following skills and attributes:
Tertiary qualification
Site investigation experience
Strong technical design experience
Foundation analyses and design
Geotechnical test data interpretation
Technical report writing
Geotechnical software experience (Slope/W, PLAXIS, gINT, etc)
